ABOUT JACQUELINE CULL
Jacqueline Cull, principal of Watson Cull Family Law was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in April 1996. For most of the 27 years since her admission, Jacqueline has practiced solely in the area of family law.
Given the longevity of Jacqueline’s career, she is very experienced in all aspects of family law, including;
Jacqueline’s objective is to ensure her clients are provided with all the information needed about the law in this complex jurisdiction, so they can make timely and informed decisions. Jacqueline combines empathy with a sensible and pragmatic approach to deliver the best possible outcome, to the extent that the law allows.
Jacqueline is aware that the issues faced by her clients are probably new to them and are most likely being faced, in the midst of huge emotional upheaval. Jacqueline possesses the skill to communicate effectively exactly how the law applies to a particular matter, how the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia works and how her client might best settle the matter without resorting to litigation.
